1. Service Agreement

Annur Confinement Center provides professional postnatal care and full body massage services. Our services are designed to promote the health and well-being of mothers after childbirth. By booking our services, you agree to receive these services under the terms stated here.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

• Booking Process: All bookings must be made online via AnnurCare.online or through our designated contact channels. A confirmation will be sent to your email or mobile number upon successful booking.
• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the service price is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made after the end of the service.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or any other payment method specified on our website.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee equivalent to 30% of the total service cost.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service once without incurring additional charges, provided you notify us 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to availability and may incur a fee.
• Cancellation by Annur Confinement Center: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

4. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except in cases where Annur Confinement Center has to cancel the booking. Refunds are not provided for unused or unsatisfactory services.
• Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of Annur Confinement Center. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Health Condition: It is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any health conditions or medical history that may affect the service (e.g., allergies, skin conditions, recent surgeries). Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of services without refund.
• Childcare: Clients are required to arrange appropriate childcare during services to ensure a peaceful environment for both the mother and the therapist.

6. Health and Safety

• Therapist’s Rights: The therapist reserves the right to terminate the session if the environment is deemed unsafe or if the client is unfit to receive the treatment (e.g., under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
• Safety Standards: Our team follows strict hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of sanitized equipment and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) where required.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Personal Injury: While we take utmost care in delivering our services, Annur Confinement Center is not liable for any injuries or complications arising from the services provided, unless such injury is caused by gross negligence.
• Service Outcomes: Results and benefits of the services may vary from client to client. We do not guarantee specific results, and clients agree to use the services at their own risk.

8. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect personal information during the booking process to provide our services effectively. This information includes your name, contact details, and medical history, which are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties.
• Data Use: The information collected will be used solely for booking management and to improve our services. Clients agree to receive promotional communications from us, which can be opted out of at any time.
